A Chemistry Honours Graduate from Delhi University, India, he boasts versatile expertise in quality assurance, quality control, regulatory compliance, and production across non-sterile and sterile formulations.

His extensive exposure includes navigating regulatory affairs, handling  DMFs, and Dossiers, and effectively addressing deficiencies and queries. With in-depth knowledge of national and international standards, he excels in quality audits, contract manufacturing, and analytical testing sites.

Throughout his career, Mr. Rastogi has covered diverse pharmaceutical topics such as cGMP, SOPs, MFRs, regulatory compliance documents, DPCO, pharma plant setup guidelines, WHO-GMP, and MHRA audits. His wealth of experience spans various roles, from conducting analyses of raw materials and finished products using advanced instruments to overseeing quality control laboratories.

His responsibilities also encompass preparing documentation related to QC, including COA, instrument calibration, reagent standardization, and validation processes. Mr. Rastogi is well-versed in regulatory affairs, product permission, labeling, SOP and MFR reviews, site master files, plant audits, and ensuring compliance with cGMP norms.

Since 2015, he has provided consultancy services for over 30 pharma plants, specializing in plant design, setup, layout mapping, and regulatory compliance. His expertise extends to aiding manufacturing chemists in developing Master Formula Records (MFRs) for various products, promoting compliance with pharmacopoeial parameters.

In addition to serving in leadership roles for renowned pharmaceutical companies, Mr. Rastogi has played a pivotal role in establishing Dry Powder Injectables and Oral Dosage plants in Ananta Medicare Ltd. with WHO and Ukraine Certification. Another notable achievement includes the installation of a plant for Oral Dosage Forms and External Applications in Gabon, Western Africa, with complete GMP documentation.
